Job summary

Park Industries is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive cross-functional product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with customer and business needs.

You’ll work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management to translate requirements into executable plans, monitoring KPIs and providing updates in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or product development projects.
• Full product development lifecycle knowledge from design to go-to-market.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering and product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and achieved.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverables.
• Track KPIs, schedules, and costs, proactively addressing risks and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
