Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, Engineering Program Delivery (Industrialization & Manufacturing) to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from concept to commercial production. You will own end-to-end industrialization, drive capital investments, and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and business leaders to deliver scalable, compliant manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrialization projects from concept through design transfer, equipment procurement, installation, validation, and handoff.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability and escalation for assigned projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and performance objectives.
• Partner with Business Units, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing to translate product innovation into manufacturable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment and timely decisions.
• Operate within enterprise project governance and stage-gate processes.
• Represent engineering project execution in leadership reviews and governance forums.
