Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI is required
• Strong experience managing complex product development dependencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication to all management levels
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks to projects and elevate program risks
• Experience developing presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Direct a project from design through testing to meet objectives
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment
• Supervise multidisciplinary staff on assigned projects
• Schedule tasks and coordinate across team members
• Integrate vendor tasks and review deliverables
• Ensure quality standards and project reporting
