Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation seeks a forward-thinking Project Engineer to serve as the technical authority and engineering execution lead for DoD programs. This role bridges engineering excellence with rapid, reliable delivery and mission intent.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, translate mission needs into executable designs, and ensure DoD standards are applied to sustain mission readiness and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in DoD or federal programs.
• Experience as Project Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or Chief Engineer.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Top-Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with classified programs and secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for end-to-end multi-discipline oversight from requirements through deployment and sustainment.
• Translate mission needs into executable technical solutions.
• Interface with government customers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Lead system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and DoD-aligned.
• Develop baselines, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead verification, validation, and acceptance to ensure mission readiness.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards.
