Digital Consultants, LLC in Hampton, VA seeks an Engineering Portfolio Manager to ensure project integrity for DoD programs at Langley AFB. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop integrated project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and status reporting while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years of experience in complex product development, and proven ability to mitigate risks, communicate clearly at all management

Qualificações

• Education: High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance: TS/SCI.
• Experience managing complex product development dependencies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Analytical and investigative skills for solving challenging problems.
• Experience developing presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and mitigate risks and escape program risks.

Responsabilidades

• Direct project through design, implementation, and testing aligned with objectives.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment.
• Supervise professional and technical staff.
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with team members to deliver results.
• Manage vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings, tracking, analysis and reporting.
