Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2026 Co-op in Engineering Program Management to join the Project Management Office. The role focuses on supporting project planning, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination for equipment needs in manufacturing.

Hybrid in-office schedule and a 40-hour work week are provided, with a pathway to hands-on experience and exposure to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student with strong organization, communication, and data

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Business or related
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in manufacturing or plant setting is a plus
• Understanding of P&L is preferred
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to gather and interpret data
• Proficiency with data visualization tools; Power BI is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Support PMO in project planning and tracking progress
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Develop communications for audiences from senior leadership to production floor
• Assist with project budgeting and capital expenditure management
• Participate in cross-functional projects and present takeaways to teams
