Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a project-oriented engineer/analyst to support cross-functional projects, asset management, and Power BI reporting. You will help drive data accuracy, audit readiness, and process improvements across engineering and operations.

The role combines project coordination, BMRAM/CMMS administration, lifecycle asset support, and data analytics to improve efficiency and reliability in a regulated manufacturing-style environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, analytics, or related field.
• 3–7 years supporting project execution in manufacturing, engineering, or facilities.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS, asset records, work orders, and PMs.
• 1–3 years creating Power BI reports, dashboards, data loading and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support cross-functional projects from planning to execution, tracking scope, schedule and risks.
• Coordinate goals, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure action items are completed.
• Support EAM/CMMS activities, asset records, maintenance, and spare parts workflows.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership and operations.
