Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering management within rail/rolling stock.
• Proven management skills and ability to work with customers on complex projects.
• Fluency in English; French is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within NAM region and occasional trips to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across internal and external teams.
• Manage the complete engineering work package ensuring quality, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee risks and opportunities within the engineering scope.
• Interface with the project core team, engineering community and customers.
• Support bids as a Bid Technical Manager by defining technical solutions and estimates.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, RAMS engineers to align resources.
