Job summary

EY seeks an Engineering Administrator to support a fast-moving engineering team by keeping the operational machinery running smoothly. The role focuses on licenses, procurement, budgets and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid US environment.

You will be the center of operations, ensuring compliant processes, accurate records, and timely delivery of admin tasks to enable engineers to focus on core work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in an admin/ops/procurement role supporting technical teams.
• Experience renewing procurement licenses and managing budgets.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Office tools.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procurement, renewal, tracking and retirement of licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships; coordinate quotes, contracts and renewals.
• Handle procurement requests, approvals, invoices and delivery tracking.
• Monitor tooling and licensing budgets and report variances to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, accounts, hardware and access provisioning.
• Maintain hardware/asset inventory and deprovisioning records.
• Administer access requests and keep shared records current.
• Maintain team documentation, trackers and SOPs for reference.
