You will manage daily operations, staffing, budgets, and cross-functional projects while delivering high-quality support and scalable tech services for GEICO associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business or comparable experience.
• 5+ years in supporting and leading teams in a technical environment.
• Strong leadership, scalability and operational excellence capabilities.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and engineers.
• Plan and manage schedules, overtime, and timesheets.
• Develop trainings and administer policies to support tech initiatives.
