Job summary

SuperATV is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead engineering resources, project management, and site assets for the Shreveport location. This role directs a team of design engineers and project managers, aligning resources with business priorities and launching innovative products.

You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to ensure design integrity, manufacturability, and on-time delivery, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Associates degree in Engineering Technologies, Design Engineering or related field is required.
• 6-8 years of Engineering experience, design or manufacturing required.
• 3-5 years of engineering leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience leading product development projects from concept through production launch.
• Thorough knowledge of SolidWorks, FEA, GD&T and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering operational leader for Shreveport.
• Coordinate engineering, project management, and proto-typing support resources with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Design Engineers & Project Manager for Shreveport.
• Establish performance expectations and support growth through coaching and development plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create a culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources to support launches.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of engineering talent.
• Partner with leadership to set priorities and resource needs for the site.
• Design and develop aftermarket ATV/UTV products within assigned SBUs.
• Lead product development from concept through production launch.
• Review CAD models, drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
