Job summary

SuperATV, a premier provider of ATV and UTV accessories, is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager in Shreveport to lead engineering resources, project management, and site operations. The role guides design engineers and project managers to deliver innovative products on schedule.

You will establish performance expectations, coach talent, review CAD drawings and BOMs, and ensure design integrity throughout the lifecycle while collaborating with product management and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; an Associate may be acceptable.
• 6–8 years engineering experience in design or manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of engineering leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in product development.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, FEA, GD&T and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering resources, project management activities, and site operations.
• Coach and develop a team of Design Engineers and Project Managers.
• Create performance expectations and support growth through mentoring.
• Review CAD models, drawings, and Bills of Materials for accuracy.
• Drive product development from concept through production launch.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
