Job summary

SuperATV is seeking a motivated Engineering Co-Op to join the New Product Development team for Spring or Summer 2027. You’ll help design, develop, test, and improve aftermarket UTV accessories and components.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or Agricultural Engineering, with CAD (SolidWorks) familiarity and strong analytical skills. A team environment and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Agricultural or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum sophomore standing preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with product testing and validation preferred.
• Interest in off-road vehicles, powersports, or automotive products.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with new product design and development projects.
• Create and revise 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Support prototype development, assembly, and evaluation activities.
• Conduct product testing and record test results for engineering review.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting of test findings.
• Help maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and product management teams to support project objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product design and development processes.
• Perform other engineering-related duties and projects as assigned.
