Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform operations.
• At least 5+ years in senior engineering management (Director level or above).
• Deep hands-on background in Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP).
• Container Orchestration (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience overseeing CI/CD tooling and Observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic vision for Security, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, CI/CD, and Observability.
• Bridge core software development and operations to enable secure, rapid delivery of high-quality code.
• Scale multi-disciplinary engineering teams across DevOps, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security Operations.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure budgets, tooling licenses, vendor relationships, and ROI optimization.
• Architect and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC-driven cloud architecture.
