Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency and DTTE.

You will serve as the central operational integrator, coordinating executive rhythms, governance documentation, and cross-directorate communications with prime contractors and partner organizations in a high-tempo environment. You will manage end-to-end tasking, handle sensitive inputs across SIPRNet/NIPRNet, and drive the preparation of executive summaries and staff

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• 12+ years of professional experience supporting DoD / federal program offices.
• Demonstrated track record managing operational battle rhythms, executive briefing consolidation, and technical meeting execution for senior military and civilian leaders.
• Direct experience tracking and adjudicating review comments utilizing formal systems (e.g., DoD Form 100 comment matrices).
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle documentation (e.g., CARD, SEP, RMP, PESHE, TEMP).
• Strong administrative rigor in routing executive correspondence, Staff Summary Sheets (SSS), and official action packages
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of task tracking systems (ETMS2 or similar DoD correspondence management tools).
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle documentation (CARD, SEP, RMP, PESHE, TEMP).

Responsibilities

• Manage executive engineering battle rhythms and briefings for DTTE and related directorates.
• Coordinate and synthesize updates on baselines, schedules and technical milestones for agency leadership.
• Aggregate programmatic briefings for internal leadership and post-review executive summaries.
• Oversee tasker triage, distribution, and closure in ETMS2 and related repositories.
• Handle classified and sensitive inputs across SIPRNet/NIPRNet with OPSEC.
• Process industry media engagement requests and coordinate with Acquisition, Legal, and Strategic Communications.
• Lead historical summaries and data calls for Federally Funded R&D center nominations.
