Job summary

AcqCentric is seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency's Targets and Countermeasures Program Directorate. You will act as the central operational integrator, coordinating executive rhythms, governance documentation, and cross-directorate communications with prime contractors and partners.

This role requires DoD security clearance and a track record of managing high-tempo engineering workflows for senior military and civilian leaders, including

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational battle rhythms and executive briefing consolidation for senior leaders.
• Familiarity with formal DoD correspondence processes (e.g., DoD Form 100).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using ETMS2 or similar DoD tasking/correspondence systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive engineering battle rhythm and weekly/division staff briefings.
• Coordinate agency-level integration updates and synthesize technical status for leadership.
• Prepare and format directorate status briefings and post-review executive summaries.
• Track technical reviews (ETR) and deliver summaries to agency leadership on schedule.
• Serve as DTTE Action Officer in ETMS2 and manage classified tasking inputs.
