This hands‑on IC role will establish engineering operating cadence, ensure visibility into dependencies, and coordinate release readiness. The incumbent will work with leaders to balance priorities, staffing, and risk, while enabling architecture decisions and delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC with broad organizational influence and accountability for planning cadence.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence hygiene, release and integration coordination.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engineering planning and execution with a consistent planning cadence across software, hardware, and test infrastructure.
• Maintain a single, decision‑useful view of active initiatives, planned work, risks, and delivery confidence.
• Facilitate weekly execution reviews, milestone retrospectives, and release readiness reviews; escalate conflicts with accountability.
• Ensure active work has clear owners, status, priority, and definition of done with leadership input.
• Automate recurring status collection and reporting while preserving human ownership of priorities.
