Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Providence, RI to lead high-stakes proposals and drive business development. You will partner with leadership to win projects and raise the firm’s market profile.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with technical teams, and craft compelling client narratives while ensuring branding consistency across all materials. Join a collaborative team focused on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive marketing experience in A/E/C or professional services.
• Excellent writing, editing, and client-focused storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of proposals, qualifications, SF330s, and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure persuasive content.
• Develop and improve marketing collateral including resumes, case studies, and graphics.
• Write and edit project narratives and cover letters tailored to clients.
• Maintain branding consistency across materials.
• Provide marketing guidance as a strategic resource to project teams.
• Improve proposal quality and win rates through process improvements.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis for go/no-go decisions.
• Manage opportunity tracking in CRM/Unanet and update marketing databases.
