The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to fill highly complex technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to understand technical roles and engage engineers and managers credibly.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment services for manufacturing and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Maintain candidate relationships and market insights.
• Assist with HR tasks as requested.
