Job summary

Gexpro Services is launching the Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program (EMLP), a two-year rotation for recent graduates in Mobile, Brewton, Charlotte, and Broadview Heights. You will rotate through manufacturing, design, quality, scheduling, sourcing, warehousing and operations to build a broad skillset and leadership capabilities.

Participates in hands-on training, professional development and challenging assignments, with opportunities to contribute to the company’s global supply chain

Qualifications

• Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing process flow is preferred.

• Manage projects and support cross-functional teams from start to finish to contribute to the bottom line.
