Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking recent or upcoming graduates to join the Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program (EMLP), a two-year rotational program with three eight-month rotations across manufacturing, quality, scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, and operations to build technical, supervisory, and supply chain skills.

Assignments take place in Mobile, AL and other locations, offering hands-on experience, training, and opportunities to impact the company's global operations while developing

Qualifications

• Upcoming or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design is preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing process flow.
• CAD/CAM software use and management (SolidWorks preferred).
• Change management and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both at a desk and on the manufacturing floor.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be open to relocation to any site while on program.

Gexpro Services is seeking recent or upcoming college graduates to participate in the Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program (EMLP), a two-year leadership rotational program consisting of three eight-month rotations that allow you to develop your technical, supervisory, and supply chain skillset to solve real-life business challenges.

The program incorporates training, professional development, hands‑on experience, and challenging assignments in functions such as manufacturing, design, quality, scheduling, sales, sourcing, warehousing, and operations. Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program Requirements

• Upcoming or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar degree
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design; proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever‑changing environment
• Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing process flow
• CAD/CAM software use and management (SolidWorks preferred)
• Change management and innovative mindset
• Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to career development
• Versatility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity
• Detail oriented
• Must work well with others and able to lead and give direction
