Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering design and build projects.
• Familiar with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and contract administration.
• Experience in water sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept to commissioning.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and quality.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction and client stakeholders.
• Embed health, safety and sustainability into outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and engineering practices.
