Qualifications

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment
• Oversee project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders
• Embed health, safety, and sustainability considerations into all engineering outputs
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and engineering practices
• Support wider business growth through strong client engagement and delivery excellence

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Degree-qualified Engineer with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong background in design and build project delivery, ideally within the water sector
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 Professional Services Contracts and contract administration
• Experience with digital engineering tools and approaches
• A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
