Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams at Marshall Space Flight Center.

You will guide planning, design, construction, and maintenance efforts, ensuring technical excellence, cost awareness, and timely delivery for aerospace projects. Reporting to program leadership, you will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA requirements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in engineering or architecture.
• 8–10 years of engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of tasks for buildings, structures, and sites.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to staff.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA requirements.
• Coordinate with NASA stakeholders and project partners.
