You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product, infrastructure, and support teams, and drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD and scalable cloud solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on coding with front-end and full-stack workstreams, Agile leadership, and strong communication across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience (front-end or full-stack).
• 2+ years of management experience overseeing production systems.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Experience with web apps and digital solutions: REACT, Next.js, HTML, micro-services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage multiple agile work-streams.
• Provide architecture oversight and ensure on-time delivery of platforms.
