Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading the development of multi-tier web services.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing software development team with coaching and career development.
• Own the technical strategy and 1–2 year product roadmaps for team software systems.
• Drive system design decisions ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, program management, and peer engineering teams to align priorities.
• Establish operational excellence through metrics and quality standards.
