• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers, setting clear goals and technical direction.
• Own the design, delivery, and operation of services that automate launch and expansion workflows, and keep them reliable in production.
• Partner with product and program managers to translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap your team can execute.
• Recruit, hire, and develop engineers, and give regular, actionable feedback that helps them grow.
• Identify and remove manual, repetitive work through automation and simpler designs, and report progress against delivery goals to your stakeholders.
