Technology Service Corporation in Massachusetts' Plymouth area is seeking an Engineering Manager (onsite) with deep domain expertise in RF/microwave systems, radar architecture, and EW payloads. You will lead a multidisciplinary team driving rapid product development, field deployment, and production scale-up for unmanned and tactical defense platforms.

As the primary operational lead, you translate strategic vision into weekly priorities, manage engineering milestones, and ensure rigorous

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related discipline and 10+ years in DoD industry.
5+ years managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Experience developing and deploying engineering processes and practices.
Technical SME in RF/microwave design, radar architectures, or EW payloads.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day CPC engineering operations translating vision into weekly priorities.
Direct, mentor, and resource a multidisciplinary hardware/software team.
Provide SME oversight for RF/microwave systems, radar architectures, and EW payloads.
Drive concepts from design to field demonstrations and production transitions.
Support IRAD programs and technical proposals; align builds to customer demands.
