Logicbroker, Inc. is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small, globally distributed team of .NET and DevOps engineers.

This is a player-coach role with a clear primary focus: modernizing and standardizing our .NET codebase and management posture. You will write production code alongside them, review their work with depth and intent, and provide the mentorship and craft development our existing technical leadership does not.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing software engineers directly.
• Strong hands-on .NET and C# background; production code and review.
• Experience mentoring engineers across craft dimensions and career growth.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps: CI/CD, containers, AWS/Azure.
• Comfort operating in a globally distributed team across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, globally distributed team of .NET and DevOps engineers.
• Write production code alongside the team and review PRs with depth.
• Mentor engineers in .NET patterns, craft, and professional growth.
• Partner with the .NET Architect on migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Translate architectural decisions into well-scoped work and realistic sprints.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain strong engineering talent as the team grows.
• Maintain engineering quality, observability, deployment reliability, and incident response.
