Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and launch of new and existing products.
Direct engineering and R&D teams to meet project objectives and quality standards.
Oversee design reviews, documentation, CAD standards and design guidelines.
Drive product innovation to improve manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost.
Partner with Operations to optimize manufacturing processes and launches.
Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for quality and manufacturing issues.
Manage capital projects from concept to implementation including budgeting and planning.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on development and continuous improvement.
Support supplier development, technical problem solving, and customer-facing engineering activities.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
