Job summary

ADM is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Decatur site engineering team, driving day-to-day process problem solving, project development, and technical growth. You will report to the Plant Manager and lead cross-functional efforts across process and capital projects.

The role requires 7+ years in process/project engineering, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and a proven track record managing up to $5M in projects.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years in process/project engineering with optimization experience.
• Project experience up to $5M USD.
• Willingness to travel to remote plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering team including process and project engineers and construction managers.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for engineers.
• Drive safety culture and continuous improvement within the plant.
• Manage capital project portfolio up to $5M and collaborations with EPCM firms.
• Collaborate with Technology Engineering for process optimization projects.
• Ensure FEL process for eligible projects and timely delivery.
