Job summary

ADM is seeking an Industrial Capital Project Manager to lead capital projects from inception to completion at our Decatur, IL site. This exempt, full-time role requires coordinating with engineers, EPCs, and contractors to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial engineering and project management, with a track record of successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years managing large-scale industrial capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and coordinate with EPC/GC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers and contractors.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and quality standards; utilize PM tools and KPIs.
• Communicate status to stakeholders; prepare and present reports.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts; ensure compliance.
