Job summary

ADM seeks a Site Engineer Manager to lead the Facilities, Maintenance, and Process Engineering team at our Kentucky site. You will drive process improvements, project management, uptime, and building enhancements, collaborating with operations, quality, and capital project engineers.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, safety, and delivering high-quality manufacturing processes while managing budgets and schedules for capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
• Five years of process engineering experience preferred.
• Three years maintenance and/or facilities experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety systems.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities; capital planning support.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to develop and sustain quality products.
• Collaborate with experts on innovative plant operation and maintenance approaches.
• Set goals, objectives, and KPIs for plant engineering and capital projects.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a safety culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop process engineers, facilities, and maintenance staff.
