Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Engineering Manager for Manufacturing and Product Engineering in Shelburne, VT. You will lead Design and Manufacturing Engineering, drive process development, validation, and production readiness, and build technical roadmaps to scale production.

You will engage in proof-of-concept work, fixture reviews, tolerance analysis, and root-cause investigations while mentoring engineers on the floor and aligning cross-functional teams to quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Leadership of engineering teams.
• Direct CNC machining experience in tight-tolerance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design and Manufacturing Engineering functions and build technical roadmaps.
• Oversee process development, validation, and production readiness.
• Drive structured root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce engineering change management standards.
• Ensure alignment of engineering output with production capacity and launch timelines.
