G.S. Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve CNC manufacturing processes, providing technical support to meet business goals. The role can be based in Keene, NH or Brattleboro, VT, with opportunities to impact throughput, cost, and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing, with strong CAD/CAM skills (Mastercam/SolidWorks) and expertise in GD&T. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive improvements and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with CNC processes and CAM software such as Mastercam.
• Proficient with GD&T and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and optimize CNC manufacturing processes and setup details.
• Improve throughput, cost, process control, scrap reduction.
• Collaborate with toolmakers on fixtures and cutting tools.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers on methods and in-process requirements.
• Maintain process documentation to standards.
• Support Operations with technical troubleshooting.
• Perform machine setups for challenging processes.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies.
