Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with design engineering and production teams.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, pressure vessels, aerospace) is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacturing Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the first contact for resolving technical issues during manufacturing and assembly.
• Design Interpretation & Communication: Interpret drawings, specs and requirements for manufacturing teams; communicate constraints.
• Change Management: Participate in ECRs/ECOs; assess impact of design changes on processes, cost, schedule and quality.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure dispositions and decisions are documented and traceable; maintain compliance with codes and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, manufacturing, QA, procurement; drive improvements and lessons learned.
