Mack Industries is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of precast engineers and support growth of precast concrete solutions. This role oversees design and development while guiding cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations.

The position emphasizes ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and successful installation through engineering leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Progressive experience in engineering, design, and drafting.
• Experience with precast concrete design or manufacturing preferred.
• Prior engineering management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure design, modeling, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and drafters.
• Oversee engineering design activities including structural analysis and drawings.
• Review engineering designs for accuracy, quality, and standards.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Production.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve manufacturability and installation.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and optimize material usage.
• Prepare proposals, plans, and project documentation as needed.
