Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading precast/prestressed concrete design teams.
• PE license or reciprocity is required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Oversee engineering calculations, design reviews, and project execution.
• Manage workloads, schedules, and department performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, PM, Production, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, ACI, ASCE, and IBC standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and business objectives.
