Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading precast/prestressed concrete design teams.
• PE license or reciprocity is required or expected.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers
• Oversee engineering calculations, design reviews, and project execution

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of precast/prestressed concrete design experience (10+ preferred)
• Engineering leadership experience within the precast/prestressed concrete industry
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocity
• Strong knowledge of PCI, ACI, ASCE, and IBC standards
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results
