Job summary

Work at County is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead and develop the engineering team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.

In this role you will coordinate with design, project management, and sales to support planning, execution, and technical evaluations, using your expertise in precast prestressed concrete design and licensure as a PE in IL, WI, or IN.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred) and a Professional Engineer license in IL, WI, or IN.
• Candidates need at least 8-10 years of precast prestressed concrete design experience and 3 years of management experience in the industry.

• Lead and develop the engineering team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
