Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks an engineering leader to manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems teams in a nuclear facility context. You will oversee performance and development, align with station needs and regulatory requirements, and drive high-quality engineering results.

You will participate in planning, budgeting, and cross-site NGG initiatives, with responsibilities including emergency response and outage support as needed. Strong leadership and nuclear experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• PE license or Active/Inactive SRO license with 5 years' engineering experience incl. 1 year nuclear.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering leadership accountability for short- and long-term programs.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Support NGG-wide programs and initiatives on standardized engineering systems.
