• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Applications Engineering and Product Support teams.
• Manage engineering priorities, resources, and team development.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during customer engagements and product evaluations.
• Oversee product support activities, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and global teams to improve product performance.
• Participate in customer support, testing, and system validation.
• Drive engineering process improvements and product quality.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and standards.
• Recruit and develop engineering talent.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
