Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 3+ years in electronics, hardware design, or document control, with responsibilities spanning design reviews, compliance, and process improvements to reduce warranty exposure and improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with electronics compliance, hardware design, or document control.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with production team and support supply chain challenges, functional challenges, and quality questions.
• Support sales and dealer application pre-sale questions.
• Evaluate reported product issues and design solutions to limit warranty exposure and reduce costs.
• Manage compliance projects including CE, UL, and CEC.
• Manage engineering documentation including ECN, new product release, and MRP systems.
• Develop and manage department processes including safety, testing, validation, and building needs.
• Create specifications, participate in design review committees, and test products for development.
• Travel may be required 1-2 times per month.
• All other duties assigned.
