Job summary

TriVista Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of roughly 10 engineers in the Greater Philadelphia area. This full-time onsite role includes occasional work-from-home flexibility and reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

You will oversee drawings, BOMs, specifications, and ensure project documentation aligns with schedules. A hands-on leader comfortable managing multiple projects and improving workflows is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, civil, or a related engineering discipline.
• Engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with engineered equipment and project-based manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, process, and electrical drawings.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with engineered-to-order process equipment serving municipal, utility, or industrial applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and assign work across the engineering team.
• Oversee drawings, technical submittals, bills of materials, component specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with Project Management, Purchasing, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Improve engineering processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support equipment testing, manufacturing, and technical problem-solving.
