Job summary

TriVista Recruitment seeks a seasoned leader to head the Project Management function in Milpitas, CA. You will mentor a small PM team, oversee complex, multi-year projects from submittal to startup, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and margins.

You will resolve engineering challenges, customer concerns, and roadblocks while establishing standardized PM processes and tools. A collaborative, growing environment awaits leadership with OEM or custom-engineered capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least five years of engineering project-management experience involving construction.
• At least five years of experience leading a department or project team.
• Experience reviewing mechanical, process, or electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with OEM or custom-engineered capital equipment.
• Water or wastewater experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Management team.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex, multiyear projects from submittal through delivery, startup, and completion.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and margin expectations.
• Help resolve engineering challenges, customer concerns, and execution roadblocks.
• Establish consistent project-management processes, tools, reporting, and accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, Applications Engineering, Operations, Service, Legal, and customers.
