Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years in engineering management in manufacturing.
• Experience in project management, engineering design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent engineering design software.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of manufacturing processes for efficient production.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers toward continuous improvement.
• Drive product development from concept to production meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management to deliver on time and budget.
• Lead quality control systems ensuring product integrity and compliance.
• Drive process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance in operations.
