Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Leader to manage the engineering function and teams within our nuclear-related operations. The role emphasizes regulatory alignment, staff development, and strategic engineering direction for site programs.

Preferred candidates will hold a PE license, have 5 years of engineering experience including nuclear exposure, and be prepared to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• Professional Engineer license or SRO license with 5 years engineering experience (1 year nuclear).
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard for personnel selection and training.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical/exams as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of engineering function for station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and direct performance and development of assigned engineering personnel.
• Fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability for short and long-term programs affecting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance review for assigned staff.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs and initiatives on standardized engineering systems and processes.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed.
