Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Mobile Developer Experience team (Mobile Foundations). You will set the technical vision, nurture a high-performing culture, and guide a team focused on ZeroKit and mobile infrastructure across iOS and Android monorepos.

You will partner with senior engineers and stakeholders to design scalable platforms across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo brands. Based in San Francisco or other listed locations, you will drive architectural direction,

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on software development experience.
Expert proficiency in either Android or iOS development.
3+ years leading engineering teams.
Proven cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain foundational components to enable mobile engineers to excel.
Lead the development and strategy for ZeroKit to enable rapid mobile prototyping via agents.
Manage and optimize the iOS and Android monorepos as core infrastructure.
Champion data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the team.
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to drive long-term architectural direction.
