Flow Control Systems in the United States is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead a team and oversee mechanical and hydraulic equipment design for customer applications. You will drive product development, guide projects from concept to production, and work closely with manufacturing, sales, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial settings preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.
