Job summary

HydroGraph is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize flow control systems with a strong focus on valves and pneumatic pressure management. This hands-on role requires deep mechanical knowledge, mechatronics proficiency, and practical experience with control systems.

You will collaborate with software, process, and quality teams to deliver reliable production systems while ensuring safety standards and documentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with control valves, flow control, and pneumatic processes in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with P&IDs, schematics, and engineering documentation standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multi-disciplinary failures.
• Proven RCA experience and ability to translate outcomes into process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, and optimize flow control systems within manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software challenges in integrated systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with software, process, and QA teams to deliver reliable production systems.
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control logic flowcharts, and equipment specs.
• Evaluate, select, and qualify sensors, meters, and valves for manufacturing applications.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
